|Rescue Me ID: 16-06-03-00072Brody (male)|
BRODY is a 59 pound, 14 month old black lab & hound mix. He arrived in his Michigan foster home with his brother Brian. Brody's coat is shiny black with white & gray spotted 'socks' and a white & gray spotted tummy. He has adorable floppy ears and beautiful, sincere, dark eyes. Although Brody has grown in leaps & bounds, he is still very cautious & shy. It takes him time to warm-up to his humans and trust them. Once trust has been established, he loves to be near you, petted & loved. Brody is fully vetted, neutered and micro chipped. Brody, like his brother Brian, is a bit fearful of young children so a home with older children would be best for him. A fence is required for Brody so he is able to freely run & play and enjoy his yard. For more information on adopting this beautiful boy, please contact Project Hope at email@example.com. Brody's adoption fee is $250.00. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 16-05-25-00402Outlaw (male)|
Meet Outlaw! He is an 8 month old purebred blurtick Coonhound that came from a shelter down south. He is a big ole goofy puppy that does bot realize his size just yet. Because of this we arent recommending him to families with snall children. He is good with most dogs and has a somewhat submissive personality. He does need some leash work as he is a puller with A.D.D. He also needs some potty training help probably caused from being in a shelter environment eith little to no outside potty time. He is super smart and with some reinforcement I believe he will catch on quick. He has been examined by our vet and is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered. He will need his heartworm test at a year old. He is also crate trained :). His adoption donation to the rescue is $275. For more pictures, videos, and updates please 'LIKE' us on facebook. |Rescue Me ID: 15-12-14-00388Odin (male)|
This is Odin. He was abandoned at the shelter and left tied up out front to a semi-trailer with his name on his collar and a note stating he was a good dog and just needed a good home. Odin has been stressed here at the shelter with all of the other dogs around, but does get along with our female named Truffles and they love to run up and down the fence line together. His adoption fee is $100.00 and that includes his micro chip, and vaccines that he received since he has been here. He was recently neutered to help with his excitability and is making great strides. When he is one on one, with no pets nearby to distract him, he is an awesome boy and listens very well. Please contact the shelter if you feel you could give Odin the new and loving home that he deserves. The shelter life is too much for him and he really needs a quiet home to call his own. (Less)

Bluetick Coonhound Dogs can make good pets in Michigan if they match your IifestyIe. Bluetick Coonhounds are friendly, intelligent dogs bred in the Southern United States. Blueticks are wonderful hunting dogs with a keen sense of smell. Bluetick Coonhounds normally make very good family pets, but can be difficult to train. Blueticks need a large fenced in yard. They will wander off easily to follow a scent if they are not kept on a leash. This hunting dog is not a good choice for households with small non-canine pets.
