|Rescue Me ID: 15-12-14-00388Odin (male)|
This is Odin. He was abandoned at the shelter and left tied up out front to a semi-trailer with his name on his collar and a note stating he was a good dog and just needed a good home. Odin has been stressed here at the shelter with all of the other dogs around, but does get along with our female named Truffles and they love to run up and down the fence line together. His adoption fee is $100.00 and that includes his micro chip, and vaccines that he received since he has been here. He was recently neutered to help with his excitability and is making great strides. When he is one on one, with no pets nearby to distract him, he is an awesome boy and listens very well. Please contact the shelter if you feel you could give Odin the new and loving home that he deserves. The shelter life is too much for him and he really needs a quiet home to call his own. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 15-10-13-00416Bella (female)|
Bella is a beautiful healthy Blue Tick. When I adopted her from the shelter she was there for only a few months, was spayed and up to date on shots, as she is now. She has been living with me and has acclimated well over the past year and a half. I realize now she needs a bigger home, and maybe a play pal. My schedule has changed due to a career change and my room mate has had some things come up as well. We want the best for her and have made the tough decision that finding a better fit for her is the best option. She is a sweetheart and loves to cuddle, her big paws are always pulling on a free hand for some attention. She never veers far from something that smells good whether inside or out. If you are of sound mind and kind heart, and would like to inquire please feel free to text, email or call. I work odd hours, text is best for mid day. Thank you for looking! (Less)

Bluetick Coonhound Dogs can make good pets in Michigan if they match your IifestyIe. Bluetick Coonhounds are friendly, intelligent dogs bred in the Southern United States. Blueticks are wonderful hunting dogs with a keen sense of smell. Bluetick Coonhounds normally make very good family pets, but can be difficult to train. Blueticks need a large fenced in yard. They will wander off easily to follow a scent if they are not kept on a leash. This hunting dog is not a good choice for households with small non-canine pets.
